6.0/10

I had an overall enjoyable stay at Palms Place Hotel And Spa, with spacious and clean rooms that featured amazing views of the Las Vegas Strip. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic, with some confusion over room bookings that added unnecessary stress to my arrival. The amenities were fantastic, particularly the large bathroom with dual shower heads, but the location was further from the Strip than I anticipated, making transportation a necessity.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and nicely decorated. The view was simply stunning, and the large bathroom with a great tub made my stay feel special. However, I did notice some slight wear and tear on the furnishings.
Service
6.0
While the reception staff were friendly and eager to help, my experience with the check-in process was stressful due to some miscommunication. I had to wait for the owner of my booked room, which was unexpected.
Location
5.0
Palms Place is not within walking distance to the Vegas Strip, which meant relying on Uber or taxis to get around. This was a bit of a hassle, particularly when I wanted to visit nearby attractions.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the dining options available, especially the AYCE buffet which offered great value and a good selection of food. However, I found some of the other food options to be a bit greasy.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had good facilities, including a nice pool (though I couldn't enjoy it due to weather), and room service was convenient. Free parking was a plus for my longer stay.

6.2/10

My stay at the Palms Place Hotel and Spa was a mixed bag. While I loved the spacious room with an amazing view and the friendly staff, I had some issues that detracted from the experience. The location was perfect—close enough to the Strip without the overwhelming noise. However, I encountered cleanliness problems that need to be addressed for a truly enjoyable stay.

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious and had two large TVs, but I noticed dust on surfaces and a dirty bathroom upon arrival. Overall, it felt slightly outdated and could benefit from a deep clean.
Service
7.0
The staff was generally friendly and welcoming. I particularly appreciated the bell service, which was excellent, but the check-in process took longer than expected without an apology.
Location
9.0
I loved the location; it was close to everything on the Strip but still offered a quieter experience. This made my stay more enjoyable as I could relax without the loud nightlife.
Dining
7.0
The buffet for breakfast was decent, offering a good variety of food choices. However, I found some aspects of it could be improved, as some items seemed less fresh.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered a great range of facilities, including room service and dry cleaning. However, I was careful about the minibar costs and found that charges added up quickly.

I had an overall decent experience at Palms Place, staying in a spacious suite with kitchen facilities and stunning views. but the service left much to be desired. While the location was ideally off the busy strip, I encountered a few issues, including unexpected charges that soured my stay. The atmosphere was pleasant, though, and the amenities were promising when they were functioning properly.

Rooms
7.0
The room was modern and spacious, featuring a kitchen and a large bathroom. but some furniture in the suite seemed outdated, and there were minor maintenance issues like dripping sinks.
Service
5.0
I found the staff friendly. yet the service was inconsistent, with slow check-in processes and inadequate follow-ups about my issues during the stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel was conveniently located just off the strip, which I appreciated. though some of the walkways to main areas were somewhat inconvenient due to ongoing renovations.
Dining
6.0
While I didn't dine at the hotel, the nearby BBQ place received rave reviews. but I recommend checking the condition of the food options if you seek something onsite.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities available, like the spa and gym, were well-maintained. though the high resort fee felt excessive in light of my overall experience.

I had a mixed experience at Palms Place Hotel and Spa. While the room was beautiful and comfortable, the service left much to be desired. The atmosphere was lovely, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, but issues with staff efficiency and cleanliness dampened my stay.

Rooms
6.0
The room was stunning, featuring modern amenities and a great view of the Las Vegas Strip. However, I noticed a lingering odor of smoke, even in a non-smoking room, which was disappointing.
Service

I encountered a range of service quality. The valet team was fantastic and always prompt. Unfortunately, I faced difficulties with the front desk staff, who seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, particularly during check-in.
Location

The location is convenient, just off the Las Vegas Strip, making it easy to explore. However, I found the walk from my room to the main casino a bit farther than expected.

5.2/10

I had a mixed experience at Palms Place. While the room had a nice view and the location was decent, I faced several issues with the kitchen amenities and service. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by unexpected charges and inadequate housekeeping, which left me less than impressed overall.

Rooms
5.0
The room featured a lovely view, but the kitchen was lacking in essential items. I found it disappointing that there were hardly any utensils or kitchen appliances available, and the overall ambiance was not as inviting as I had hoped.
Service
5.0
I found the service to be inconsistent. At times, room service responded quickly, but the housekeeping was hit or miss, with some days seeing no cleaning despite my requests. Additionally, I faced some frustrating billing issues long after my stay.
Location
5.0
While it wasn't within walking distance of the Vegas Strip, the location was acceptable, especially considering it was near the Palms Casino. The distance from the hustle made it feel a bit quieter, but still convenient for my needs.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were present but mostly unremarkable. I experienced cold food and poor service at the coffee shop, which didn’t impress me given the price point.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had some good facilities, like a gym and pool, but the noise level was higher than I expected. Also, additional fees for grocery deliveries and services felt unnecessary.
